NSE Academy signs Agreement with Sona School of Management, Salem


NSE Academy Limited (NAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), has signed an Agreement with Sona School of Management, a unit of Sona College of Technology, Salem, to establish NSE SMART ??? a simulated trading lab ??? in Sona???s campus. The trading lab will provide hands-on experience in Capital Markets for the students of Sona School of Management and allied institutions. This arrangement will help students in building analytical capabilities and strong decision-making skills without any financial risk. Sona is the first institution in the city to set-up such a facility for creating an experiential learning for its students. The lab was inaugurated, virtually, on August 18, 2021, in the presence of Mr. Abhilash Misra, Chief Executive Officer ??? NSE Academy, and Mr. Thyagu Valliappa, Vice Chairman ??? Sona Group of Institutions. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Abhilash Misra congratulated Sona Group of Institutions for thinking futuristic and taking up initiatives to upskill students.
