Leadership Conclave 2023

Sona School of Business and Management organised a Leadership conclave on 21 September 2023 followed by the Grand Inaugural of the fresher 2023 Batch. The conclave was started with an inspirational speech by Mr.Gautam Goyal IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police. He discussed the key points of ethical leadership, with the difference between honesty and integrity. The challenge for leadership is very important in all aspects he said and gave insights with the illustrations of every challenge faced by every person in life.

Gautam Goyal , IPS :  The next speaker was Ms. Abirami Santhosh, Founder, Yellow,a very innovative and ideal person carrying out a gold jewellery business through online. She shared her own experience on how she has started and took up this to achieve her dreams. She also discussed about the law of failure, power of attraction and Power of thinking. Abirami Santhosh , Founder - Yeloo : The last speaker of Mr.Sriram Das Adhikari, Iskon???s Leadership Forum, inculcated a great knowledge about the ego and competition. He mentioned to be a human one must not possess ego and competition and if a person comes out of these he will achieve a greater heights through the hard work in their life. He gave a detailed insight about the difference between Manager and a Leader and about the Risk taking ability. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. P K Anjani ,HoD, MBA by summing the session of the day???s Leadership Conclave.
