Graduation Day 2021
All 125 students from the 2019 MBA batch pass out with flying colours; receive MBA degrees at graduation ceremony!
Sona Group of Institutions Vice Chairman Thyagu Valliappa presented 125 proud and happy students their MBA degrees at the Graduation Ceremony for the 2019 MBA batch which was held at the PG auditorium in the Sona University campus on January 17, 2021.
The event was supposed to be held in the month of March 2020 but had got postponed due to the Covid pandemic.
Mr. Thyagu, who was the guest of honour for the event, interacted with each graduate and learnt of their plans for the future.
Several students had received placements with leading companies like Byjus, City Union Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Bosch and ITC while some others had chosen to become entrepreneurs or further develop and enhance their family businesses.
Some of the students were also looking to launch start-ups in the food, digital marketing, logistics, social media marketing, silver and textile industries among others.
Irrespective of the stream that they had chosen, the vice chairman congratulated all the students and urged them to share their experiences on social media platforms as well.
Dr S.R.R. Senthil Kumar, Principal, felicitated the graduates on the occasion.
